Timelock contract that acts as the executor of community governance functionalities in the ecosystem.

Timelock is a smartcontract generated by OpenZeppelin that will be the Withdrawer of the LpAutoProvider and BscLpAutoProvider.

The AGCGovernor and the multisig will be the proposer and executor of the Timelock contract.

Min delay will be set to 7 days.
